Penny Koff

Penny Koff is an accomplished professional in the field of healthcare administration and information governance, currently serving as the Director of Information Governance and Privacy at Cedars-Sinai since October 2022. Penny has held various roles at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center since 2009, including Associate Director of Information Governance and Manager of Health Information. Prior experience includes the position of Chief of Medical Administrative Services at the State of California - Department of Veterans Affairs from 2005 to 2009. Penny holds a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration and Management from Colorado State University Global and a degree in Health Information Science with a focus on Health Information Management from the University of Cincinnati.
