Mark Matthes

Mark Matthes serves as the Vice President of Shared Services at Cedarstone since May 2022, contributing to HR and finance oversight within an international firm focused on nonprofit support. In addition, Mark holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Unseen, leading finance, accounting, legal, and HR operations for an NGO combating human trafficking across 30+ countries. Mark's previous roles include Director of the Career Center at North Dakota State University and Director of Career Development at Biola University, where innovative strategies were implemented to enhance career readiness. Mark's diverse experience encompasses roles in business consulting, higher education, and operational leadership, complemented by a strong academic background, including multiple advanced degrees.
