Jennifer Wingerter

Jennifer Wingerter currently serves as an Assistant Professor in Professional Writing and Information Design at Cedarville University since August 2017. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked at Nationwide Insurance for over thirteen years, where positions included Process Management Specialist, Learning and Performance Specialist, and IT Training Specialist. Responsibilities encompassed contributing to and executing business readiness plans for Retirement Plans, managing change communications, creating performance support documentation, and facilitating training related to CRM tools and IT processes. Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Workforce Development & Education from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Technical and Professional Communication from Cedarville University.
