Antonio Heimonen

Antonio Heimonen is an accomplished BIM professional with extensive experience in leading and coordinating BIM initiatives across various prestigious architectural and engineering firms. Currently serving as the BIM Leader and Team Leader at Cedervall Arkitekter AB since April 2021, Antonio oversees the company's BIM organization and aligns its strategies with board-defined visions. Prior roles include BIM Specialist positions at COWI, where Antonio contributed to multidisciplinary infrastructure projects and developed new BIM processes within a national BIM network, and as BIM and Design Systems Coordinator at Foster + Partners, known for innovative architectural approaches. Antonio's educational background includes a Master of Science in Building Information Modelling Management from Middlesex University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, complemented by leadership training from the Finnish Air Force.
