Traci Thomas

Traci Thomas is the current Chief Operating Officer at CEdge Software Consultants. Traci has over fifteen years of experience in the field of software consulting, and their work history includes executive-level positions at both Newberry Group, Inc and CEdge Software Consultants.

At Newberry Group, Traci served as the Executive Director of Defense & Civil Programs from May 2006 to May 2012. In this role, they were responsible for a wide variety of tasks related to software consulting, including RFPs, contract administration, cost analysis, and employee management. Traci was also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, which resulted in a 90% referral business.

In May 2012, Traci left Newberry Group to join CEdge Software Consultants as their new Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Traci is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, including employee scheduling, budgeting, invoicing, and contract management. Traci has also been instrumental in helping CEdge grow their business by developing new relationships with clients and expanding their services offerings.

Traci Thomas has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Columbia College. Traci also has a Master of Arts in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions from Webster University. Additionally, they have a Government Contracting Certificate in Contracts Management from Webster University. Traci is also a Certified CMMI Associate from ISACA and a Certified ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor (TPECS) from the BSI Training Academy.

Traci Thomas reports to Sekhar Prabhakar, CEO & Founder. They are on a team with Nitin Sharma - Head of Talent Acquisition, India, Amit Sircar - Managing Director, India, and Allen Cain - VP, Business Development.
