Sejal Sheth

Sejal Sheth has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sejal is currently employed at Cedric Millar Integrated Solutions, where they hold the position of Senior Director, Integration & Technology since October 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Director, Integration & Technology at the same company from February 2020 to October 2021.

Before joining Cedric Millar Integrated Solutions, Sejal worked at Transplace from December 2018 to February 2020 as a Business Analyst, where they contributed to designing and making process recommendations to customers, ensuring efficient supply chains, and leveraging technology. Sejal also acted as a liaison with technical teams to identify improvement opportunities.

Sejal's earlier experience includes working as a Solutions Analyst at Transplace from November 2016 to December 2018. During this time, they interacted with both internal and external customers, analyzed and documented their business requirements, and provided training to the organization.

Prior to Transplace, Sejal worked at LAKESIDE LOGISTICS LTD as a Solutions Analyst from June 2010 to November 2016. Here, they played a key role in understanding user requirements, translating them into programming code, and writing effective stored procedures, views, and functions.

Sejal's career began at Lakeside Logistics Inc in December 2005 as a Systems Analyst. During their tenure, they used object-oriented concepts to develop efficient applications, troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide support to both internal and external customers.

Lastly, Sejal worked at BT Syntegra as a Programmer/Business Analyst from July 2003 to July 2004.

With their extensive experience in integration, technology, solutions analysis, and business analysis, Sejal brings a wealth of knowledge to their current role at Cedric Millar Integrated Solutions.

Sejal Sheth has a BSc in IT from Teesside University, obtained in 2005. In 2010, Sejal obtained a certification in Project Leadership from the University of Waterloo. In 2014, they became a Certified Lean Greenbelt Champion through Lean Sensei International. Sejal then attended various training programs at Learning Tree in 2011, including Implementing Business Process Improvement (BPI) in Your Organization, Developing User Requirements: The Key to Project Success, and Management Skills for an IT Environment.

For their higher education, Sejal attended the University of Waterloo. In 2022, they completed a course on Foundations of Data Science. In 2022, they also pursued a degree in Statistics for Data Science. Sejal's educational pursuits continued with a degree in Machine Learning in 2023. Sejal also obtained a degree in Big Data Management System and Tools, specializing in Data Science, at the University of Waterloo. Additionally, Sejal Sheth holds certifications as a Certified Data Scientist from the University of Waterloo and as a Certified Lean Greenbelt Champion from Lean Sensei International.
