Mahmoud Hamad is an experienced Information Technology professional with a robust background in managing IT infrastructure and systems. Currently serving as the Information Technology Infrastructure Manager at Cedrus Bank SAL since April 2022, Mahmoud previously held the role of Head of IT at Federal Bank of Lebanon s.a.l from July 2021 to March 2022, where responsibilities included ensuring secure and available systems for users and overseeing infrastructure equipment procurement. Mahmoud's tenure at Federal Bank of Lebanon from April 2010 to July 2020 involved leading the Network and Systems Unit, focusing on enterprise systems infrastructure and support. Early career experiences include technical engineering at EL-Haceb and technical support at Cyberia, providing hands-on hardware and software support. Mahmoud holds a CCE degree in telecommunications from the American University of Science and Technology, earned between 2002 and 2007.
