Awonusi Temitope

Awonusi Temitope is a certified risk manager with extensive experience in risk management, internal control, and financial services. At Lagos Commodities and Futures Exchange, Temitope served as a Risk Management and Internal Control Officer from January 2022 to September 2022. Prior to that, Temitope was the Head of Repayment and Recovery at Lekki Cooperative Multipurpose Society Ltd from June 2014 to January 2022, specializing in credit and risk analytics, negotiation, and strategy. Earlier experience includes a role as Project Manager and Safety Engineer at Purechem Manufacturing Ltd from 2012 to 2014, where responsibilities included site supervision and safety compliance. Temitope holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Minna and has completed various postgraduate qualifications, including a Master's in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Lagos and a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Caleb University Lagos. Currently, Temitope is pursuing a Master's in Finance at Caleb University Lagos.
