Michael Gibbs

Michael Gibbs is a founding Partner at Cedus, where responsibilities include addressing failing projects, delivering critical initiatives, and facilitating agile transformations since September 2014. Prior to this, Michael served as a Lean Programme Manager at Lab49, focusing on team coaching and delivery management for top investment banking clients. A notable achievement includes transforming a troubled Change Programme for Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Group into a successful one by leveraging a lean model. Earlier roles include Technical Project Manager positions at J.P. Morgan and Thomson Reuters, Ownership at Total Viva Ltd, and project management roles at Legal & General and Credit Suisse. Michael's technical expertise began as a Lead Developer at Credit Suisse after obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
