Stephen Ram

Stephen Ram is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategic change and program management within the finance and technology sectors. As the CEO and Co-Founder of Cedus since January 2014, Stephen has led initiatives focused on data-led strategies that drive high return-on-investment and rapid value delivery. Previously, as an Executive Director at UBS Investment Bank from November 2010 to July 2014, Stephen managed a fully Agile change initiative resulting in the UBS Neo eCommerce platform. Additionally, during tenure at Morgan Stanley from September 2002 to October 2010, Stephen oversaw large Change Management programs using Agile methodologies. Earlier roles included Supervising Consultant at Terrence Chapman Associates, specializing in project management, and Consultant at ICL Fujitsu, focusing on retail banking clients.
