Virgil Rowland Vandayar

Virgil Rowland Vandayar currently serves as the Head of Strategic Learning Ecosystems and Capability Design at Ceed Learning, a position held since October 2025, focused on enhancing organisational growth through innovative learning strategies. Prior to this role, Vandayar accumulated over 17 years of retail and business experience at Mr Price Group, where responsibilities included serving as Group Learning & Development Programme Manager for Technologies and Innovation, effectively leading transformative learning initiatives for approximately 20,000 employees. Vandayar's educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce in Management and Marketing from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, a UCT Training and Development Management qualification from the University of Cape Town, and various certifications in instructional design and graphic design, along with ongoing studies towards a Master of Education specializing in Information and Communications Technology at the University of Johannesburg.
