Julia Matschukat's work experience begins with their current role as a Global Pharma Communications Trainee at Bayer, where they support executive communications events and formats, provides strategic positioning guidance for social media, and designs creative formats for executive communications. Julia also focuses on innovation communications, specifically in the areas of cell and gene therapy, where they create and coordinates impactful communication formats on digital channels and pilots a social listening project.

From 2015 to 2017, they worked at the German International School Portland as an Art Teacher for 1st grade, where they also took on the role of Marketing and Social Media Coordinator.
