Mike Whittington

Mike Whittington is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in systems administration and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Administrator at Charlotte Eye Ear Nose & Throat Associates, P.A. since July 2020, Mike previously held various roles at Family Dollar from December 1999 to October 2019, including Senior Systems Engineer in Infrastructure Services, where responsibilities included maintaining an enterprise environment of over 700 Microsoft Windows servers and managing a CommVault backup environment. Early in the career, Mike contributed to multiple teams at Family Dollar, focused on deploying Windows operating systems and providing technical support. Prior experience also includes a role as a Field Engineer at GE Capital IT Solutions. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
