Billy Wise

Billy Wise possesses over 23 years of experience in Electric Cooperative Outside Plant Fiber Optics, IT, and SCADA support. Currently serving as the Director of Business Technology at CEEUS, Inc., Billy has previously held roles including Broadband Manager at Victoria Electric Cooperative and Manager of Communications Services at Bartlett EC. Throughout their career, Billy has been instrumental in supporting rural broadband initiatives and managing telecommunications operations for various electric cooperatives. Billy is pursuing a degree in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Asheville.
