Arin Basmajian

Arin Basmajian is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical program management and business operations. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Program Management and Business Operations at Blackhawk Network since April 2024, Arin leads global business operations and develops a scalable, customer-centric product-led operating model. Prior experience includes roles at PayPal, where as Director of Product and Director of Business Operations, Arin successfully implemented a Small Business Growth strategy and managed day-to-day operations while fostering cross-functional collaborations. At Hess Corporation, Arin held various leadership positions, including Senior Manager of IT Planning, Portfolio, and Governance, and contributed significantly to strategic initiatives, performance management, and engineering projects. Arin's career began at SLB, where important early experiences included technical sales and engineering roles. Arin holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as well as an MBA from Rice Business.
