He has worked in various regions across the globe, including Canada, Brazil, Latin America, Europe, UAE, Asia, and the US. Recently, he joined CEFA as the President, which is Canada's leading private Early Learning Centre for children.

Till the end of 2023, he served as the CEO of Maple Bear Global Schools, where he led the company's efforts to establish 500+ schools in 40 different countries since 2017. Arno has also held executive roles in companies such as Pearson, Wall Street English, AB InBev, and ALL Logistics.

Additionally, he is a founder, co-founder, partner, and investor in other companies such as Neomode, Saveadd, Blox.Education, OasisLab, BoostLabs.AI, and Escola Atemporal.
