Keith Fogel

Keith Fogel is an experienced professional in franchise development and sales, currently serving as the Director of Franchise Development at CEFA Early Learning since November 2025. Prior to this role, Fogel held positions such as Director of Franchise Sales and Director of Franchise Development at Celebree School, and Franchise Recruitment Manager at Maple Bear USA. Fogel also served as Franchise Sales Manager at Franchise Performance Group and Franchise Field Consultant at ManageMowed. From January 2017 to July 2022, Fogel was the Owner/Director of Soccer Shots Lancaster/Lebanon/Berks, focusing on providing introductory soccer programs for youth. Earlier experience includes outreach coordination at Members 1st FCU. Fogel earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management from Elizabethtown College in 2011.
