Bert Brouns

Bert Brouns has a diverse work experience that spans multiple roles in various companies. Starting as an Analyst/Developer at SD Worx in 2005, they later worked as a Developer/Consultant at X-cago in 2007. Subsequently, they served as a .NET Software Engineer/Consultant DTM at QNH from 2008 to 2009. Bert then transitioned to roles at Ferm, Boerenbond, and Cegeka, where they held positions such as Architect, Technical Designer, and Enterprise Architect. Throughout their career, Bert has demonstrated expertise in technical coaching, development, and architecture, culminating in their current role as People Manager at Cegeka, where they lead guilds and volunteer initiatives to promote knowledge sharing and community-building.

Bert Brouns obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technologies from Hogeschool PXL in 2004. Prior to that, they attended Salvatorcollege Hamont from 1994 to 2000. In 1998 to 1999, they also studied VB 6.0 at SyntraPXL. Additionally, they have received certifications in coaching and team administration from institutions such as TrixolutionS and Microsoft.
