Dries Cools

Dries Cools currently serves as Team Coordinator for the Service Desk in Greece and as Back-up Teamlead for the Service Desk in Belgium at Cegeka since January 2020. Dries Cools has been involved in the implementation of a new knowledge management system, including writing, validating, and transferring data to the new tool. Prior to joining Cegeka, Dries Cools worked at Next-ICT from September 2016 to December 2019, contributing as an IT Support Consultant and serving various roles including Service Desk Agent, Coach, and Incident Manager a.i. Dries Cools's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in History from KU Leuven, an Advanced Bachelor in Business Administration from UC Leuven-Limburg, and a certificate in Electronics for beginners from Laudius.
