Evelina Brinzila is an experienced Employer Branding and Communication Specialist at Cegeka since September 2021, where responsibilities include creating marketing materials for recruitment and promoting the company at job fairs and educational institutions. Previously, Evelina served as an ICT Talent Acquisition Specialist, managing full-cycle recruitment projects across various technologies in Moldova, Romania, and Greece. Evelina holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu and completed online courses in Business Communication and Human Resource Management from the British Academy of Business and Communication, alongside an Erasmus+ program in Cultural Studies from Universidade Fernando Pessoa.
