Madalina A.

Madalina A. began their work experience in 2001 as a Computer Science Teacher at "Ovidius" High School in Constanta. Madalina then moved on to work as a Software Developer at Unidec Computer Systems, specializing in various technologies. Madalina later transitioned to Cegeka Romania, where they held roles as an Agile Developer, RPA Solution Architect, OutSystems Developer, and Business Analyst, Team Lead. Their responsibilities included mentoring new team members, participating in architecture discussions, and facilitating meetings to better understand the needs of clients and developers.

Madalina A. holds a Bachelor of Science degree from "Ovidius" University, Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science, Constanta, obtained in 2001. Madalina later completed a Project Management Master degree at the Academy of Economic Studies, Faculty of Cybernetics, Statistics and Economic Informatics, Bucharest, from 2006 to 2008. In 2019, they attended the Management Excellence Bootcamp at Krauthammer.
