Denis Deschênes

Denis Deschênes has over 20 years of experience in Information Systems and Technology. Denis is currently the Director of the Information Systems & Technology Directorate at Cégep de Sainte-Foy. Prior to their current position, Denis was the Director of Public Safety IT for the City of Quebec, where they oversaw police, fire, and civil security operations. Before that, Denis was a Coordinator at Promutuel Assurance, where they coordinated infrastructure projects. Denis began their career as a Coordinator of Information Technologies for the Conseil scolaire francophone de la Colombie-Britannique, where they were responsible for IT for the 46 French-language schools in British Columbia.

Denis Deschênes is currently enrolled in a certificate program in cyberenquête at Polytechnique Montréal. Denis holds a Bachelor's degree in administration and business management from Université Laval, as well as a certificate in computer science from the same institution.

Denis Deschênes reports to Nathalie Larose, Executive Director. Denis Deschênes works with Nadine Pelletier - Director, Financial Services Branch, Nadine Béland - Director, Material Resources Department, and Sophie-Emmanuelle Genest - Director of Studies.
