Mathieu Roger

Mathieu Roger currently serves as the Directeur adjoint at Cégep de Lanaudière, overseeing the Service de l’organisation et du cheminement scolaires et des services adaptés since June 2024. Previously, Mathieu held various administrative roles, including Directeur adjoint des ressources humaines and Directeur adjoint des études at Collège Ahuntsic from March 2023 to June 2024, as well as an extensive tenure as Professor of Physical Education at Cégep régional de Lanaudière à Terrebonne from August 2002 to June 2024. Mathieu has also been involved in multiple educational and community initiatives, such as organizing the Grand défi Pierre Lavoie and serving as President of the Syndicat des enseignantes et enseignants du Cégep régional de Lanaudière à Terrebonne, particularly during the COVID-19 crisis. Additionally, Mathieu's background includes roles in scuba diving instruction and scientific revision for educational publications, complemented by a degree from UQAM in Intervention en activité physique and ongoing education at ENAP.
