Benjamin JOUANNIC has a strong work history in HRIS and HR management. Benjamin is currently the Global Head of HRIS at Cegid, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to that, Benjamin worked at MOM Group for eight years, starting in 2014, where they served as the Group HR Reporting & HRIS Manager. In this role, they were responsible for implementing and improving HR processes through digital and information systems on a global scale. Before joining MOM Group, Benjamin worked at HR Path as an HR Access Consultant & PM and at Cegedim SRH as an HRIS Project Manager. Benjamin also gained experience as a Payroll Account Manager at ADP and as an HRIS & Access Control Consultant at Captor. Benjamin's career in HRIS began in 2002 when they worked as a Time & Attendance Consultant at Gfi Informatique. Throughout their roles, Benjamin has demonstrated expertise in project management, system implementation, and process improvement within the HR field.

Benjamin Jouannic holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Esdes Business School, which they obtained from 2000 to 2001. Prior to that, they completed their Master 1 degree in the same field at IDRAC Business school from 1999 to 2000. Their educational journey began with a DEUG degree in Psychology from Université Lumière Lyon 2, where they studied from 1996 to 1999.
