Cécile Tesson

Cécile Tesson currently serves as the Professional Services Director at Cegid, overseeing global Talentsoft operations since September 2022, after initially managing the scope in France from January of the same year. Prior to this role, Cécile held several positions at Talentsoft, including Consulting Director, where responsibilities expanded from the Middle Market to a nationwide focus in France, and Consulting Team Manager, leading a team of HRIS consultants. Early career experience includes roles as an HRIS Consultant at PSA Peugeot Citroën and Skills Development Manager at Banque PSA Finance. Cécile holds a Master 2 in Management des Ressources Humaines from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology, a Master 1 in Communication Multilingue from Université libre de Bruxelles, and a Licence in Sciences de l'Information et de la Communication from Université catholique de l'Ouest, along with an Erasmus semester at the University of Navarra.
