Gilles Vittoriano

Gilles Vittoriano is an experienced leader in the field of human capital management and operational excellence, currently serving as the Head of HCM Customer Services at Cegid since March 2020, overseeing a team of over 400 associates delivering support for mid-sized and large market clients across France, Iberia, and LATAM. Additionally, Gilles has led the Business Transformation initiatives for the HCM business unit, focusing on sustainable process improvements and developing a culture of operational excellence. Prior to Cegid, Gilles held the position of Chief Operating Officer at RHEXIS, where responsibilities included client service leadership, business plan implementation, and policy establishment. Early in the career at ADP, Gilles served in various senior roles including Business Excellence Senior Director, where contributions included managing Lean Program initiatives and enhancing client experience across Europe.
