Jérémy Thivillier

Jérémy Thivillier has a diverse work experience in various roles related to talent acquisition, recruitment, and human resources. Jérémy currently works as a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at Cegid since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Groupe IT Link from January 2019 to August 2022, where they held positions as a Coordinator of Recruitment Regions and then as the Responsible for Recruitment and School Relations in Auvergne Rhône-Alpes. In these roles, they were responsible for analyzing and managing client needs, participating in recruitment meetings, writing job offers, processing applications, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating recruitment activities. Jérémy also coached candidates, assisted in contract signing, and facilitated new employee integration. Additionally, Jérémy has experience as a Recruitment Officer at Akka Technologies and as a Recruitment and Human Resources Officer at Sodifrance. Before that, they worked as a student seller at Groupe ERAM and as a counseling trainee for the relais emploi municipal. Jérémy Thivillier holds a Master's degree in Social Relations and HR Strategies from MBWAY Lyon, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in Human Sciences, specializing in Work Psychology, at Université Lumière Lyon 2 from 2015 to 2016. Before entering the Master's program, Jérémy Thivillier earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Université Lumière Lyon 2 from 2011 to 2015.
