Lourdes Boneu Oliver

Lourdes Boneu Oliver serves as the Head of HR, Employee Relations, and Compensation for ILA at Cegid since October 2020. Prior to this role, Lourdes was the Employee & Labor Relations Manager at Siemens for a brief period in 2020, and held multiple positions at Tecnicas Reunidas from October 2008 to May 2020, including HR Labor Affairs Manager and Global Manager - ER HR, along with experience as a Legal Advisor. Lourdes also provided legal support to foreign companies through Relocations Spain in 2008, and served as a legal advisor at Renault and worked in HR organization at Iberia Lineas. Lourdes holds several advanced degrees, including studies in International Law from Harvard University, HR management from IESE Business School, and a Licenciado en Derecho from Universitat de Barcelona, among other qualifications in international business law and aeronautical law.
