Franck Benard

Franck Benard is an experienced consultant and quality auditor, currently serving at 12H CONSULTING by RH SOLUTIONS since May 2023 and as a quality auditor for multiple organizations, including AFNOR Certification, DEKRA Certification France, and CEVA SOLUTION, all focusing on the QUALIOPI standard. As the Director of Development and Legal Expert at Women Safe & Children since January 2016, Franck has also held roles such as Jury for the Professional Trainer Certification at the Ministère du Travail starting in 2023 and previously served as the Deputy Prosecutor in Nanterre. With a robust background in educational training and quality assurance from Cegos and L2S CONSEILS, Franck has cultivated expertise in adult education and quality certification. Franck’s academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Economics and Management from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, a professional certificate in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy, and multiple qualifications in quality control and media communication.
