Jérôme Maes

Jérôme Maes has extensive experience in leadership and project management, currently serving as Directeur de l'offre et de l'expertise at Cegos since October 1997, where Jérôme oversees a team of ten managers and a network of approximately 1,000 independent consultants in defining and delivering training offerings. Previously, Jérôme managed a team of 17 experienced consultants as Manager du centre d'expertise partagé, and also developed project management training programs as Manager d'offre et d'expertise. Jérôme's strategic project leadership extends to significant internal initiatives and client-focused projects. Prior to Cegos, Jérôme coordinated a specialized master's program at CentraleSupélec and managed IT projects at SEMA Group, following their role as Office Manager at EGIS BDPA in Libya. Jérôme holds a Master's degree in science with a focus on biology, economy, and agriculture from AgroParisTech.
