James Barnett

James "Tex" Barnett is a Professional Land Surveyor with extensive experience in the field and office environments, currently employed at CEI Engineering Associates, Inc. since May 2014, where responsibilities include coordinating teams, solving boundary issues, processing field data, and drafting surveys. Prior roles include Survey Technician and CAD Technician at Shepherd Engineering Design Company, and Field Surveyor at Crafton Tull and Associates, among others. With a solid educational foundation consisting of a Bachelor of Science in Spatial Information Systems from the University of Arkansas at Monticello and an Associate of Science in Surveying Technology from the University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton, James brings a comprehensive skill set in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble TBC, and various surveying instruments to enhance project productivity and quality.
