Thomas Oppenheim

Thomas Oppenheim is an experienced professional in the engineering and development sectors, currently serving as the Department Manager for Local Development at CEI Engineering Associates, Inc. since September 2015. Prior to this role, Thomas held the position of Vice President at Cooper Communities from November 2005 to the present, and previously worked as the Director of Storm Water Compliance at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. from February 1997 to October 2005. Thomas earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas between 1978 and 1982.
