Hayden R. is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and production management, currently serving as the Quality Assurance Manager and Assistant Director of Production at CEIA USA since February 2018. In these roles, Hayden oversees operations for a mine detector production line, achieving an approximate annual production of 1,250 units, alongside a corresponding accessory line producing around 4,500 units. Prior to this, Hayden successfully designed and implemented the IED/mine detector production line, ensuring compliance with MIL-STD-810G and ingress protection standards. Additionally, since February 2019, Hayden operates as the Owner and General Contractor at R&S Realty, managing a portfolio of three rental units in the Detroit Shoreway area of Cleveland, OH. Hayden holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a specific focus on Explosives Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, completed in 2017.
