Niki Washington

Niki Washington is a driven professional with a diverse background in account management, technical recruiting, finance, project implementation, risk management, and payroll services. Currently serving as an Account Manager and Technical Recruiter at CEI since June 2022, Niki collaborates with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and understand staffing needs. Prior experience includes roles as a Finance Associate at Afterpay, where operational efficiencies were improved, and various positions at Uber, including Project Implementation Specialist and Risk Management Specialist, focused on customer support and fraud investigations. Niki's tenure also includes a role as a Payroll Specialist at SurePayroll, contributing to client retention and team creation efforts. Niki holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Project Management from Arizona State University and an Associate's degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Columbus State Community College. Additionally, Niki is actively involved in social initiatives through a DEI board, fostering engagement and event planning company-wide.
