Tina Ellis

Tina Ellis is a Senior Technical Writer with extensive experience in producing high-quality documentation, particularly in the education and finance sectors. Currently contracted at CEI, Tina specializes in API documentation for PNC Bank's Fintech division. Previously, at Ellucian, Tina supported over 2,400 higher education institutions globally, mentoring fellow writers and managing a substantial content conversion project. At BCC Software, Tina created technical documentation for a new software launch and collaborated with development teams to ensure accurate documentation reflecting client needs. With a foundational background from SunGard Higher Education and SCT Corporation, Tina has consistently worked closely with subject matter experts and conducted user presentations. Tina holds a BA in Sociology and English from Ithaca College.
