Afsin Alp

Afsin Alp's work experience includes founding and being the CEO of CEIBA HEALTHCARE since 2016. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Partner at Ceiba Capital Management LLC starting in 2014. Afsin also worked at Nomura as an Angel Lane Principal Strategies from August 2012 to March 2013. Before that, they were with Millennium Partners, specifically in the 11:11 Capital role, from January 2011 to August 2012. From 2004 to 2010, Afsin Alp worked as a Portfolio Manager at Meadowbrook Fund, LLC. Additionally, they held a role as an Equity Analyst at Raymond James from September 2002 to December 2003.

Afsin Alp started their education by pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical/Food Engineering at Istanbul Technical University, from 1994 to 1998. After completing their undergraduate studies, they went on to earn a Master of Science degree in Finance from Hofstra University, where they attended from 2001 to 2003. Later, Afsin Alp took a step further in their academic journey by enrolling at Columbia Business School, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program in 2011.
