Jorge Hincapie-Palacio

Jorge Hincapie-Palacio has worked at various companies in the IT and software development field. Jorge started their career in 2008 at LandSoft as a Software Development Analyst, where they worked until 2013. After that, they joined Tech and Solve as a Software Development Engineer until 2015. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at SURA Asset Management as an IT Specialist. In 2021, they joined qiip in the same role and worked there until 2023. Currently, Jorge is the Head of DevOps and Cloud at Ceiba Software, a position they have held since October 2023.

Jorge Hincapie-Palacio has a background in both business management and information technology. Jorge completed a specialization in business management at Universidad Nacional de Colombia in 2012 and obtained a degree in informatics and systems engineering from the same institution between 2002 and 2008. Additionally, they pursued a diploma in corporate management at Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2018-2019. Jorge also holds certifications in digital transformation in financial services and strategic management and innovation from Coursera.
