Mero Quissanga

Mero Quissanga is currently serving as an HR Business Partner at VIA Outlets since July 2024, focusing on fostering a collaborative work environment across outlet centres in Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and Norway while aligning HR objectives with business goals. Prior to this role, Mero worked as an HR Manager at CEiiA from June 2023 to July 2024, managing People Business Partner and People Ops teams and developing HR initiatives aligned with organizational strategy. Additional experience includes serving as a People & Talent Partner at OneFootball and as an HR Business Partner at Bosch Security and Safety Systems, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and training management. Mero's career began with an internship as a Human Resources Trainee at Siemens Gamesa. Mero holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Universidade da Beira Interior, obtained in 2017.
