Rosa Wilkins

Rosa Wilkins is an experienced customer service professional with a strong background in fleet management and call center operations. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at CEI Fleet Driver Management since March 2015, Rosa excels in managing First Notice of Loss reports and addressing customer inquiries and complaints. Previously, from 2007 to 2014, Rosa held the position of Team Leader at Medi Media Health, where responsibilities included overseeing a customer service team, coaching employees to achieve high accuracy rates, and effectively managing complex customer interactions while identifying and mitigating corporate risks. Rosa also holds vocational training in Office Assistance and Bookkeeping from the School of Computer Science, completed in 1981.
