Abhik Sinhababu is a seasoned professional with a focus on growth and strategy, currently serving as a Senior Analyst for Strategic Accounts at Ceipal since May 2023. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Enablement Specialist for Enterprise Accounts, effectively streamlining sales processes, and roles as an HR Project Intern at Haier and ABC Consultants, where work centered on diversity and inclusion and employee value proposition in recruitment, respectively. Additional internships in operations and human resources have contributed to a well-rounded skill set. Abhik holds a Postgraduate Degree in Management with a specialization in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Nagpur, and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from KIIT.
