Code Cubitt

Code Cubitt is a seasoned venture capital professional with extensive experience in technology and governance. As Managing Director at Mistral Venture Partners since April 2012, Code focuses on early-stage investments in AI-powered enterprise software companies across North America. In addition to this role, Code serves as a Kauffman Fellow, participating in a global initiative to mentor future leaders in venture capital. Code holds directorial positions at CEIPAL Corp., Expeto Wireless, and has formerly been involved with various organizations including Blue J Legal and Unito. As Board Chair of the Ottawa International Airport Authority until April 2024, Code also contributes to governance in the public sector. Educational qualifications include an ICD.D in Governance from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, an MBA in Finance from the University of Maryland, and a BSc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alberta.
