Anne Brooksher-Yen

Anne Brooksher-Yen is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in compliance, litigation, and joint ventures. Currently serving as Vice President of Joint Ventures, Trade Compliance & Litigation at Celanese, Anne has held several significant roles including Chief Compliance Officer & Chief Counsel for Litigation, Environmental & Quality. Prior legal experience includes roles as Senior Associate General Counsel, Counsel at Arnold & Porter, and Attorney at Winston & Strawn LLP, as well as Associate Attorney at DLA Piper. Anne holds a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law (2006) and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature & Creative Writing from the University of Arizona (2003).
