Darren Collins

Darren Collins is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the chemical manufacturing industry. Currently serving as the VP of Global Manufacturing Services at Celanese since August 2006, Darren oversees functions critical to global operations, including process technology, product stewardship, and environmental obligations. Previous roles at Celanese include VP of Manufacturing and EHS, focusing on safe and efficient operations across multiple divisions, and VP of Operations & Technology, where responsibilities encompassed global acetyl intermediates manufacturing. Prior to Celanese, Darren was the Site Director at Ticona’s Bishop, TX plant. Darren holds an MBA from the SMU Cox School of Business and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman.
