Elisa Junior

Elisa Junior, CSPO, is a Global HRIS Leader currently at Celanese, where they focus on developing HR technology ecosystems that empower employees. They previously held the position of Senior Manager, HRIS at Cityblock Health in 2023 and managed HRIS functions at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits from 2013 to 2023. Their prior experience includes roles as an HR Director at CCHSC and an HR Generalist at Boeing. Elisa began their career in HRIS analysis at Glazer's Distributors and Dr. Pepper Bottling Co. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Public Environmental Affairs at Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis.
