Joe Fox

Joe Fox is an experienced legal and human resources executive with a robust background in labor and employment law. Currently serving as Vice President & Chief Counsel of Global Labor & Employment Law at Celanese since 2005, Joe Fox manages labor relations and complex investigations for a $11 billion global chemical company with 13,000 employees across 50 sites, including 30 unionized locations. Previous roles include Senior Counsel at Jackson Lewis, Head of Labor Relations at Graphic Packaging International, SVP HR at TeleTech, and VP Employee Relations at US West, among others. Joe Fox holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering & International Relations from the United States Military Academy at West Point, a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, and a JD from Widener University Schools of Law.
