Lincy Varghese is an experienced professional in the fields of product stewardship and research and innovation, currently serving as an Advanced Specialist at Celanese since August 2021, focusing on Micromax™ Electronic Inks and Pastes for various applications including 5G communications and healthcare devices. Prior to this, Lincy held positions in supply chain and procurement at Beauty Manufacturing Solutions Corp, and spent 16 years at Mary Kay Global progressing from Assistant Scientist to Product Integrity / Stability Group Leader. Lincy holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Manhattan University and a Master of Science in Chemistry from Mahatma Gandhi University.
