Noor Musaddik Mokhtar

Noor Musaddik Mokhtar has extensive experience in the telecommunications and digital services industries, currently serving as the Head of Solutions GTM, Pricing and Partnership for the Enterprise Business Unit at Celcom Axiata Berhad since July 2019, with P&L responsibility. Prior roles include Director and Head of IoT & Digital Services at TM ONE, where significant responsibilities included leading a team and driving product revenues, as well as Director of Mobility Strategy & Business Development at the same company. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at webe digital and Maxis Berhad, where responsibilities encompassed new business development and management of various product lines, with a consistent focus on P&L accountability throughout the career. Noor Musaddik holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Virginia and an AAD in Computer Science from Indiana University Bloomington.
