Currently serving as the Head of Program Management at Celcom Axiata Berhad since January 2020, Zulkiflee previously held the role of Business Development Consultant at Axiata Business Services - XPAND from January 2018 to June 2022. Earlier positions include Account Director at ZTE Corporation in 2015, and various project management roles at Nokia from 1995 to 2011, overseeing major projects in countries such as Indonesia, Taiwan, and the Netherlands. Zulkiflee holds a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, completed in 1991, and attended the Royal Military College in Malaysia from 1981 to 1986.
