Gulshen Kaur is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications industry with extensive experience at CelcomDigi and Celcom Axiata Berhad. Currently serving as the Head of Channels, Service Innovation, and Customer Journey Design within the Customer Experience Division at CelcomDigi since May 2025, Gulshen previously held the position of Head of Operations for the Call Centre for over a decade, focusing on enhancing customer experience.
