Nur Aisyah Munirah Mohd Hanafi is a Business Insights Specialist at CelcomDigi, having transitioned from roles as a CX Analytics Specialist and Analyst in Data Science and Analytics since 2023. Prior experience includes working as an Analyst in Data Science focused on CX Strategy and Innovations at Celcom Axiata Berhad from September 2021 to January 2023, and serving as a Data Analyst at Khazanah Nasional Berhad in 2021 where responsibilities included delivering insights for business needs and contributing to data governance initiatives. Early career experience included an Information System Internship at the District Education Office in 2018. Nur Aisyah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information System (Hons.) Intelligent System Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and a Diploma in Computer Science from Universiti Teknologi MARA.
